This week we released a huge addition to drop-in care with the ability to add pending approvals to bookings. This enables administrators to approve a drop-in booking before a family is confirmed for care. Additionally, we launched mobile pay stubs for staff to view their pay history on the mobile app.

Releases

  • Beta release of approval based drop-ins — you can now require an admin approval before accepting a drop-in that was booked

  • Mobile pay stubs — staff can now see their pay stubs on the app

Improvements

  • Able to add program name to email templates as a merge field

  • Added transitions to classroom ratio reporting

  • Indiana state attendance API now accepts multiple provider IDs

  • Able to adjust settings for child care assistance integrations before pulling data

  • Payroll now supports clergy deductions

  • Added additional warning messages when benefits look incorrect on payroll

  • Added enterprise payout reports

  • CRM: Automations can now send out additional types of notifications and can be triggered by new event types

  • Signature reports now show the count of signatures for the day as a column to quickly find missing attendance
